will his party name would attract the people of andhra pradesh especially his father's fans and his followers ?. 
would it bring a dramatical changes in state politics? 
what would be his party's flag design?
 will his party's manifesto includes his father's aims?
 will his party seats will be alloted to new faces in the state politics ? 
will his 6 years experience in his father's political campaign would be enough to form a government in his first attempt ?
If his party wins then what would be his first signature as a CM ?
will his party attract the other party leaders in the state ?
 will he able to bring by-elections in the state?
would his party allot seats to the second grade leader?
will he able to maintain his popularity until the 2014 elections if he fails to bring by-elections?
will he start the Rachabanda programe which his father could not start?
will his party be able to withstand the competition with other major parties?






                                        One thing we can do is JUST WAIT AND SEE.....

BLACK DAY ,DEC 6th.

        December 6th is known as black day in INDIA , on december 6, 1992 Babri Masid has been demolished in Ayodhya by hindu community as there was a temple of lord rama before the mosque was built.. At that point of time the  whole India was schocked , especially muslim community has become shock with this incident. 

      

      Recently on 30th september , a three judges bench of Allahabad High Court has passed an order that the disputed land measuring 90 feet by 120 feet where babri masid once stood into three parts one to ram lala diety , one to nirmohi akhara , one to sunni wakf board. But this judgement has not satisfied by the communities has filed their appeals before the Supreme Court of India.

High Court follows certain procedure in its daily work. The high Court works from monday to friday.The Timings are from 10:30 A.M. to 4:15 P.M.with a lunch break at 1:30 P.M. to 2:15P.M. There are 49 courts in the High Court of AP.The judges takes their seats in court halls sharp 10:30 A.M , any urgent matters and adjournments may be mentioned at this time and may request for lunch motion which would called for hearing at 2:15 P.M.,The court master would call each case and if we want know about the case which was called at your absence in the court you can en quire about the same with the court master or you can ask the attender about the case.  At 1:30P.M. the advocates can mention for adjournments even at the time when the judges are getting down for lunch break with their kind permission i.e at 1:30P.M. and also at the time they are taking seat after lunch i.e at 2:15 P.M. and again at the time the judges get down i.e at 4:15P.M. for adjournments of the cases which are not reached. The judges take up the motion list at 10:30A.M and daily list continues. Motion List includes the fresh admission matters which are been filed the day before. The fresh CRP cases are been distributed among the judges basing on the district wise and the WP cases are distributed as per the allotment to th judges.  From monday to wednesday the admission cases of WPs and CRPs take place and on thursday and friday the final hearing cases are to be heard and on friday  the portfolio cases are also listed. Bails shall be taken up on every day i.e monday to friday. In Criminal cases they are alloted to judges by type of criminal cases like criminal petitions (bails and quash) , criminal revision cases , criminal appeals. The civil appeal cases like S.A and A.S shall also be alloted to the judges. CCCA shall be alloted. The W.A and PIL cases shall be alloted to the Chief Court (1st court). There also be matters which would be decided by the division bench consists of more than one judge. There also be matters which would be decided by Full Bench which consists of more than two judges. There also be C.C cases taken up by the judges.There are also MACMAs , CMAs , ARBAPPL , TRCMP , FCA .cases. 

YSR PARTY ?

The new party to be floated by YS Jaganmohan Reddy will not have the word Congress in its name. It will be simply called YSR party. Its flag will also not have the tricolour. A Jagan follower says that in YSR, Y stands for Youth, S for Social transformation and R for Ryots. The new name will point to a new phase of anti-Congress politics in the state, according to Jagan’s supporters.

Anti-Congress, YSR legacy and Telugu pride will be the three main planks of the new regional party. Telugu pride is to be invoked to highlight the dictatorial attitude of Sonia Gandhi and the AICC.

Jagan’s party aims to attract the anti-Congress votes from other opposition parties in the state along with Congress votes by invoking YSR’s name.

Will Jagan’s New Party Also Have Tricolour?

Will the new political party, believed to be floated by Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy in the days to come have the same tricolour flag of the Congress?

This is the speculation doing rounds in the political circles, after watching an incident at Guntupalli village of Pisipalli mandal in Prakasam district on Monday. As part of the Odarpu Yatra, Jagan visited this village and hoisted the tricolour flag as per the request of the local leaders. Interestingly, the flag had neither the Congress symbol – Charkha, nor the Ashok Chakra of the national flag. It was simply a tricolour flag with saffron, white and green.

One does not know why Jagan had hoisted this flag, but it led to widespread speculations that it could be the party flag of his proposed political party, in the event of he being expelled from the Congress. Already, a party called YSR Congress Party, has been registered with the State Election Commission on a benami name; and who knows, it might even become the official name of the Jagan party, if the speculations are to be believed!

KVP dumps Jagan, drifts towards Kiran

The state political adviser and Rajya Sabha MP, Mr K.V.P. Ramachandra Rao, shifted alliance on Thursday and dumped Kadapa MP Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy and moved along with his flock to new Chief Minister Mr N. Kiran Kumar Reddy’s camp.

Several former ministers and MLAs who were earlier vociferous in their support for Jagan were also seen tailing the new CM throughout the day.

During Mr Kiran Kumar Reddy’s first press conference as Chief Minister, MLAs like Mr Jogi Ramesh, Mr Rajesh, Mr Sudheer Reddy, Mr K. Lakshma Reddy, whip Mr Sailajanath, the former minister, Mr D. Nagender, and Md Ali Shabbir, were standing behind the new Chief Minister as disciplined soldiers.

Sources close to Mr Ramachandra Rao confirmed that his pro-Jagan days were over. Mr Rao was very close to YSR and had tried to install his son as chief minister following the sudden demise of his friend.

“He (Mr Ramachandra Rao) has been gradually distancing himself from Jagan because of the latter’s approach. Despite explaining the supremacy of the party, Jagan chose to take on Mrs Sonia Gandhi leaving Mr Ramachandra Rao with no option,” a close follower of Mr Ramachandra Rao pointed out.

Jagan campaign emotional, not orchestrated: KVP

The central leadership of the Congress was engaged in extensive consultations with party leaders from Andhra Pradesh a day before the end of the mourning period on Thursday, after which a Congress Legislature Party (CLP) meeting is likely to be convened to choose Y S Rajasekhar Reddy’s successor.

K V P Ramchandra Rao, the late YSR’s close friend and advisor who is a key figure in the ongoing succession battle, on Wednesday called on Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to apprise him of the political situation in the state. This came a day after his 90-minute meeting with Congress president Sonia Gandhi on Tuesday. Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee and AICC in-charge of the state Veerappa Moily were the other senior leaders on his appointment list.

In his deliberations with the Central leadership, Rao sought to neutralise the negative vibes in New Delhi against Jaganmohan explaining how the over-the-top ‘Jagan-as-CM’ campaign by legislators and MPs from the state was spontaneous emotional outpourings, and not an orchestrated attempt to pressurise the high command as projected, according to Congress sources.

While there was no indication of any rethink from the Congress high command, which is learnt to have reservations against Jaganmohan’s candidature on account of his inexperience, there were some alternative names being explored with Union minister S Jaipal Reddy being one of them. They, however, did not find favour with Jaganmohan’s supporters who argued that these candidates came nowhere near the late YSR in terms of his stature and would not be acceptable to the people in the state. Party leaders believe that caretaker CM K Rosaiah could be the only compromise candidate if Jaganmohan’s claims are overlooked.
